How orders are fulfilled, what to expect after purchasing, and the refund policy for products and services offered through the Homeopathic Education Portal.

Before you purchase

Please review the relevant product, service, or membership page carefully before purchasing. Different offerings may have different fulfilment methods, delivery timelines, access periods, and refund conditions.

Digital fulfilment

Digital resources, membership access, downloadable materials, and booking confirmations are typically delivered immediately upon successful payment and completion of any required onboarding steps. If access does not appear within a reasonable time, contact us through Contact.

Physical products

If physical products are offered through the member store, delivery timelines and shipping details will be provided on the product page and during checkout. Tracking information will be provided where available.

Refund policy

Because many offerings are digital, time-reserved, or delivered immediately upon purchase, refunds may be limited once:

  • Digital access has been granted
  • Materials have been delivered or downloaded
  • A consultation time slot has been reserved
  • A membership period has begun

If a specific product or service carries a different refund promise, the terms on that offer page take precedence over this general policy.

Cancellations and rescheduling

For consultations, sessions, or reserved appointments:

  • Cancellation and rescheduling conditions depend on the notice provided
  • Short-notice cancellations may not be eligible for refund if the practitioner's time has already been allocated
  • Specific rescheduling terms will be communicated when you book

Failed payments or access issues

If your payment succeeds but access, delivery, or confirmation does not arrive as expected, contact us promptly through Contact so we can resolve the issue.
